NBI warns southerners about “Budol Budol/Preservatives Gang”

Apparently, some Ayala Alabang villagers have fallen victim to this guy.

The NBI submitted a letter to the Ayala Alabang Village Association last week warning other villagers from a certain Norman Sumadsad who was said to be performing illegal activities within the area.

Sumadsad is currently being investigated on by the NBI.

Suspected Budol Budol/Preservatives Gang member Norman Sumadsad

According to NBI Quezon Province District Office chief Dominador M. Villanueva III, Sumadsad and his group looks for properties that are “For Sale” and then lures homeowners to broker or sell their “preservatives” like pearl enhancers or oil separators.

The suspect also passes himself off as an NBI agent, a deputized Department of Natural Resources operative and as a technical staff of the regional director of the Environmental Management Bureau (Region 4A/Calabarzon).

The agencies have denied he is part of their offices.

Villanueva asked AAVA officials to disseminate the photo of the said suspect and to contact their office just in case they were victimized and would want to file charges.

Victims may call 5238231 to report what happened to them.

Stay alert guys.
