The Parañaque City Government headed Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. (center) recently distributed new uniforms to tricycle and pedicab associations in the city for the added protection of their driver members against the sun’s harsh rays and night cold air. At least he can say he did something! geez! giving out uniforms? how about giving us better roads and brighter lamp posts?
Since you gave out uniforms to the drivers, I guess we shouldn’t really be complaining about how you were not able to do anything to Paranaque at all
