    im complaining on the cemented portion done in bayanan, what they cemented was the portion where the water flow going to drainage. now, water get stuck in passage way!

    mam maxima malapad cavite brnch biyan nyo naman ng leksyun ung mga employee nyo na nagpuputol sa ilaya las pinas ng maging patas cla pag ala kang pang lagay puputulan ka pero pag my panglagay ka na pera hindi ka nila puputulan nasasanay na cla na parating anito taon na binibilang khit mag complain kami useless lang kaya nag email nalang kami sa inyo

    Sobra perwisyo ang dinudulot sa amin dito sa las pinas area ng paghuhukay na ginagawa ng Maynilad. Sa harap ng bahay, eh, dapat naman inaagad ang pagaayos ng mga nabungkal. Paano makakapasok ang kotse sa garahe. Perwisyo na sa sandamakmak na lubak sa route mo, perwisyo pa sa pagpasok mo sa sarili mo pamamahay. Nakakasira ng mga sasakyan ang mga lubak na gawa ng Maynilad. Wala man lang sila effective na solutions para sa convenience and safety ng mga motorists.

    hello maynilad.. mag advice nman kayo kung mag disconnect kayo ng linya for what so ever reason.. buong barangay,,WALANG TUBIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nag babyad kmi ng maayos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! umayos din kayo…!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!at yan trunck line nyo walng sumasagot…asan telephone operator nyo???????????????nakainis… perwisyo ginagawa nyo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, this is to formally complain about the numerous digging projects you have along ortigas extension with emphasis on your project in front of the Robinson’s junction. Since July, I have seen your pipelaying project along Ever Gotesco (Ortigas) which until now is still on-going. Plus, you added another project near BF Metals and the latest, in front of Robinson’s Cainta. Your projects have caused daily traffic particularly during rush hours.

    For the convenience of everybody, why don’t you finish one project at a time? It’s almost December and this means more traffic in preparation of the holidays. Please give us some consideration and stop digging holes and causing traffic. Learn to only take projects that you can deliver on time with causing everybody inconvenience. Plus, due to the weather (sudden rain), I think it’s best if you do your projects during summer (April-May) while the students are all on summer vacation. This would definitely, ease the traffic and number of commuters everyday.

    I am obviously a very frustrated customer. water was cut 5 days ago even if we paid the day it was cut and was promised that they will resume services that day or the morning, we waited and called when they didnt come the next day again and we have a total of 10 calls and Noone came. We have an infant and a 1 year old, we havent cleaned nor taken a bath, laundry is piled up. I am very dissatisfied and dissapointed with the primitive way you handle everything. Your Company have shown the lowest kind of customer service any country can experience!!! I demand for water services NOW!!! under my fathers name Manuel Distor Sr at 28-B Granada St Merville Subd Paranaque!!!!!

    Naputulan kami ng metro ng tubig so binayaran ko ng lahat ang kaso me wala palang cashier yang Maynilad na yan pupunta ka pa sa bayad center ngayon nabayaran ko in full lahat yung utang ko tapos tatawag kapa pala sa hotline kuno nila na 1626 e napudpod na daliri ko walang sumasagot ano bang clase naman yan bulok kayo dyan dapat me cashier kayo sa office ninyo ano bang pahirap yan mahal na pamasahe sa kapupunta sa bayad center yung hot line ninyo wala pang sumasagot para sabihin lang na bayad na kami ano ba yan wala ba kayong magagawa dyan hindi ninyo ba kayang magbayad ng kahit 1cahier lang sa office ninyo pahirap kayo wala namang sumasagot sa hot line ninyo ang layo pa ng office ninyo sana magawan ninyo ng paraan yan busy din kami tulad ninyo pls lang maglagay naman kayo ng Cashier dyan sa office ninyo dyan sa Imus Branch ninyo taga Las Pinas ako at ilang tawag na sa bulok na hot line ninyo pero walang sumasagot akala ko ba hot line ninyo yan e walang sumasagot ano ba yan gawan ninyo ng paraan yan!!!!

Sabi nila doon sa branch ng Maynilad sa Imus pag nakabayad na ako tumawag sa 1626 e napudpod na kamay ko sa ka di dial e wala namang sumasagot pano ba ito pwede bang ipaabot ninyo sa Maynilad Imus branch ninyo na bayad na ako ng 3,366.81 last March 9,2012 at kabitan na nila kami ng tubig ok ang account no is 61274662 address at B25L7 St.Louie Village Talon Las Pinas 3 ang OR no. is TR#08606 pls lang paki padala yan sa Imus branch ninyo para makabitan naman kami ng water ang promise nila 2 days lang ikakabit na yan , dpat magkaroon namna kayo ng isang cashier doon sa office ninyo alam ninyo ba ang layo ng mga bayad Center ninyo hindi bale sana kung tapos na sa ganon ang kaso itatawag pa sa 1626 hot line daw yan e wala namang sumasagot ano bang klaseng pahirap yan sa amin , imagine ninyo e kung isang lakad na lang yan makakatipid pa kami imagine ninyo nagbayad na kami pahihirapan pa ano ba yan gusto ba ninyo na dalin ko pa yan ke Mike Inriquez naku naman nakakahiya kayo, pls lang action ang kailangan namin sana magawan ninyo ito ng paraan thank you

    dalawa ho yung bill na binayaran ko yung isa ronald dolleton na me meter # na 6087879 na ang bill ay 978.83 yung isa luningning dolleton na me meter # 60061554 na me bill na 3,153 binayaran ko po to sa BDO nung march 23 2012 pero nagkapalit ho nabayaran ng 3,153 yun ronald dolleton pano ho kaya ito tumatawag ako sa ofis nyo wala naman ngayun pinutulan pa ho kami kahapon march 26 please naman anu ba naman yan company nyo buti pa meralco me disconection letter bat kayo basta basta na lang

    PINUTOL o NI-LOCK our meter ng MAYNILAD since nagba2yad naman kami ng Monthly dues namin…Kababayad ko lang nga ng for the month ng May since walang bill na dumating for the month of April.lumang receipt ang ginamit ko…
    At nabusisi ko na tila ata hindi naibabawas ang mga binabayad ko sa billing..Kung pinutol dahil sa 24K para sa meter un di ko binabayaran di naan sa akin nakapangalan alam ko nakabayad ang may ari ng 3K at di naman itatakbo o nanakawin ang meter nyo, para putulan ng MAYNILAD. @$ K ay napakamahal na meter…Di aman lahat ng nakatira sa BFHomes ay RICH>>> walang consideration… malay mo kaya di makapagbigay ang may-ari e may diabetes …Higit na importante ang kalusugan ng pamilya nya kaysa sa bayaran kau…Nakaka-asar naku po! mada2gdagan na naman ang puti ng Buhok Ko!!!!
    Ano kaya ang legal na paraan para ipaglaban ang karapata ng isang cnsumer?

    To Maynilad Water Services,

    Pls. be informed that we’ve been complaining the wrong disconnection of our meter since May 21, 2012. They keep on giving us follow up reference numbers yet nothing happens. On May 21,2012 they told us to wait for 24 hours but Until now they didn’t reconnect our meter. Pls. be responsible for your act and words. Thank you for your concern pls. act immediately here is the newest reference number they had been given to us 042157496652, we don’t need numbers, we need your act to this complain.

    meron mamumutol ng maynilad akala namin sa kanila babayaran ang mics. fee kaya inaabot ko na ang pera at kukunin naman nya, pero ng tanungin kung may resibo sabi wala daw. tinanong ko uli sya kung sa kanya ba babayaran sabi nya bawal daw sa kanila pero kung may tiwala daw kami sa kanila ok daw. kaya di ko na inabot ang pera at nagtanong pa kami sabi pa na di daw sila sure kung papasok yung babayad sa kanila tapos sabi ko kuya tawag lang kami sandali sa maynilad yung kasama nya biglang nagyaya at sinabi tara putulan na natin yan at bigla na kaming tinalikuran.

    I am complaining about the possible harrasment of Maynilad in cutting off my water supply. I bought a property last year. since i am complying with all the requirements on demolistion and building permit, i kept paying the water bill. Noone is staying at the property since i am planning to demolish it. When we had the property demolished,and while waiting for the building contractor to come in, the meter got stolen, we immediately reported this to Maynilad, Maynilad came and PADLOCKED THE WATER VALVE instead of putting in the meter. When we went to the Maynilad office in Delmonte Ave to clarify, they were surprised because they claim there was no order to close the valve supply. And so they asked us to apply for new lines since the names belong to the old owners so it can be processed quickly, we did as we were told and paid everything last friday (june 29)and was told that someone will come to install the new meters. someone did came last saturday but claimed that another party will come. today, monday July 2, another person came and said that they have no authority to open the valve! i ask someone to go to maynilad office again to clarify on what is wrong and what is holding up the installation of the new meter, the office now says that the person responsible for our area locked it up because the house is demolished!!! but that is just absurd because she locked it during the time that my contractor’s crew was there preparing for construction!!! this is so illogical that i am bound to think of the negative! if they don’t get this fixed, i’ll be hell bent to catch this person and have her be accountable for her actions…

    JULY 10 NG AS EARLY 8AM NG UMAGA MAY KUMAKATOK NA MAYNILAD PERSONEL,,TOLD US THAT WE HAVE UNSETTLED BILL..I TOLD THEM THAT MY WIFE IS ALREADY ON HER WAY TO PAY THAT BILL..THEY SAY SORRY BUT WE HAD TO CUT YOUR WATER, AS SOON YOU PAY YOUR BILL,, CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HRS. WE WILL UN LOCKED IT.. AT THE TIME MY WIFE PAID ALREADY THE BILL,WE IMMIDIATELY CONTACT 1626..ACCORDING TO THEIR WAIT FOR 24 HRS .. ITS ALREADY 48 HRS,,SO MUCH TO WAIT..WATER IS OUR MAIN NEED..I HOPE FOR YOUR POSITIVE RESPOSE ON THIS MATTER

    Hindi dapat binibigay sa private entity ang isang commodity na basic necessity in nature kagaya ng tubig.Dapat gobyerno mismo namamahala nyan para sa mamamayan.Sobrang negosyo ang maynilad: mataas maningil at bastos mga kontraktor, basta na lang namumutol na walang abiso, atat na atat sa komisyon nila sa re-opening fee.Sana mabawi na ng mamamayan ang ownership ng tubig sa mga switik na water concessionaires na yan !!!

Masyado nmn atang MP plibhasa no choice ang mga customer…. 2 – 3 days pra ireconnect? Ano yun pplitan ng mga tubo. Kng ang meralco kya within the day…. Mas impt ata ang tubig. Nag email n at ilng call n dn me s hotline nla…. Wlng nangyyari… Sampaloc branch yn city of manila… Mbgal s aksyon ang mga tao pro mgling mangumisyon gusto lgi ng lgay pra bgyan kyo ng tinatawag nlang pabor… Khiya nmn snyo mga manipulator… Bahain sna opisina nyo!!!!!

Ni ayaw tumanggap ng online payment khit isabay n ang 400+ reonnection fee nla at ang term miscellaneous fee dw dhil may job order n dw s mga commissioner n contractor. Private company n masyadong MP gusto lgi mag reflect s system… 2x n nkpagbyad dhil pag online thru hsbc after 5 days p dw so nagbyad uli s 7-11 on that day. Png 2 days n ngyn wla p din… Bumibili p b cla ng pamplit ng tubo?     Naputulan kmi ng tubig last week, so I settled the full acct. Plus a reconnection fee last Saturday. Then I called their hotline, sbi 2working days daw bgo ma reconnect, I called yesterday since 2 days n un, sbi sure na mare connect, pero till now wala pa din !
