Philam to BF Friendship Gate not open until midnight anymore

According to a sign at the Philam Village gate, the connecting gate from their village to BF Resort Village which are both part of the Friendship Route will now close at 10:30 p.m. just like before.

For a few months, motorists with Friendship Route stickers could pass through the gate even until 12 midnight.

The gate, according to village officials, was opened until midnight before to accommodate more Las Pinas motorists who were affected by the Maynilad diggings along Alabang-Zapote Road.

Now that laying of pipes along the city’s main highway is almost finished, the gate will now be closed at its normal time of 10:30 p.m.

All the other gates/villages that are part of the Friendship Route will still close their gates at 10:30 p.m.

The early closing of the gate also will help the security personnel of both villages to more closely monitor vehicles entering and exiting the villages.
