P2P buses now service Cavite residents too!

More good news for people in the south!

Cavite commuters, rejoice!

The Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and MetroExpress Connect, Inc. announced recently they have launched two new routes of the P2P Bus Service (P2P) from Alabang.

The two new routes are from Starmall Alabang to Vista Mall Daang Hari to Bacoor and Starmall Alabang to Dasmarinas.

According to DOTr Assistant Secretary for Transport Mark Richmund De Leon, some 10 premium coach buses will be available for the new routes which like its predecessor routes will run two ways as well.

Many commuters prefer the P2P bus even though it is more expensive than the other bus lines because of the zero number of stops in between terminals which lessen their travel time.

The P2P bus service operate as early as 5am and go up to 8pm with buses leaving every 15 to 30 minutes after each other.

Hopefully, people use their cars less and just ride the P2P buses to lessen the traffic in the metro.
