Critic to “WHEREAS” paragraph #5: it is the act of irresponsible dumping and burning that is the root of the problem and not plastic per se. they’re barking at the wrong tree.
Critic to “WHEREAS” paragraph #6: what study backs up their claim that elimination of plastic will clear up their water ways. I’m somehow “excited” about for the next rainy season to see whether this measure will really solve the problems as they claim.
