Oct. 25 “likely” to be a holiday
This is according to Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez when Alabang Bulletin asked him via Twitter.
“It’s election day, so it’s likely to be proclaimed a holiday,” said Jimenez.
Well, we (and you? haha) certainly hope so.
It would be extremely difficult to vote first then go to the office. We’re sure people won’t vote anymore if it’s not declared a holiday.
Anyone remember the last barangay elections? Was it declared a holiday?
