Call center job fair in Paranaque
Good news for jobseekers who want to venture into a career in the call center industry! Teleperformance, one of the leading call center companies in the country and the Parañaque City Government under the leadership of Mayor Florencio Bernabe, Jr. will hold a call center job fair on Nov. 20, 2009 at the SM Sucat Events Center, 3rd Floor Building B in Brgy. San Dionisio, this city.
The Parañaque Livelihood Resource Management Office (PLRMO) headed by Ms. Doris Marquez will work alongside Teleperformance in recruiting applicants for its Call Center Agent vacancies. The Company’s Parañaque site has 1,000 open slots.
“We welcome this partnership with Teleperformance. We appreciate that like other Parañaque-based companies, it is giving preference to Parañaque residents and recognizing the city as good source of manpower.”, Mayor Bernabe said.
The mayor added that the Teleperformance business expansion can also be considered as a measure of growth on account of increased service demands and good management. It also presents a proof that Parañaque City is a good investment site.
Applicants should bring their resumes, accompanied by supporting documents like photocopies of diploma or transcript of records, police/NBI clearance, employer certifications and ID pictures.
Apart from job fairs, the PLRMO operates a skills training center and organizes community-based income generating projects to improve the livelihood prospects of the citizens.
