Everyone’s excited. Especially those with new cars.
The answer is no.
This was according to LP Public Information Office chief Jimmy Castillano who last week said that City Hall has no plans of releasing the stickers this year.
“Stickers issued last 2011 are still valid,” said Castillano in an interview with Alabang Bulletin last week.
While this may be good news for vehicle owners who were able to get the 2011 stickers, this is not welcome news to those who bought new cars after the issuance of the stickers.
Alabang Bulletin asked Castillano about this and we are still waiting for his advise on the matter.
The Friendship Route is a “passageway” that cuts across several villages of Las Pinas which can allow a motorist to avoid the always-heavy traffic on the city’s main road (Alabang-Zapote Road).
We will post what new vehicle owners can do once we get word from City Hall.
