This is good.
But proper aiming of a car’s headlights is also important.
How about regulating the use of headlights that are too bright. This is dangerous too, especially when the driver is inconsiderate and does not have the decency to dim his/her lights.
Add to that the busted tail lights..fine them so that they take safety seiously…
