NBI/Police Clearance now part of BFFHAI requirements for non-resident motorcycle stickers

Perhaps for safety and to better ensure that no criminals enter the subdivision, the BF Federation of Homeowners Association, Inc. has added an NBI or Police Clearance to the list of requirements for non-resident motorcycle stickers.

On their website BFFHAI Online, under the Sticker Application tab, a list of requirements are enumerated.

Please see image below:

In a conversation with BFFHAI via their Facebook Page, they said endorsement from a homeowner is no longer necessary but that the NBI Clearance (or Police Clearance), aside from the OR and CR and the two IDs are non-negotiables.

Residents are exempted from the NBI/Police Clearance requirement, they confirmed.

Stickers for private motorcycles are pegged at P700 each.

So please let all your motorcycle-riding friends who frequent BF about this new requirement AND that they can apply online via the BFFHAI website.

If you don’t pass BF Homes regularly, you can also have the option of just leaving your IDs at the gates you are entering the village from.

Ride and stay safe, everyone and we hope this helps in curbing security violations inside the village.
