Las Piñas City’s most wanted personality was killed in a shootout during a law-enforcement operation, and a drug suspect was arrested Saturday evening, a police official said.
Quoting Senior Supt. Jemar Modequillo, Las Piñas Police chief, GMA News identified the fatality as Allan Asibar, and the arrested drug suspect as Jennifer Natera.
Modequillo told GMA News that police operatives conducted a “One Time, Big Time” operation at about 11 p.m. but Asibar tried to escape into a grassy area where he engaged the authorities in a shoot out.
Police recovered a caliber .38 pistol from Asibar, who had a standing warrant for is arrest for theft.
Meanwhile, police arrested Natera, who yielded seven sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
But Natera denied she was selling shabu, and that she earlier surrendered under Oplan Tokhang.
On the other hand, the Las Piñas police also invited a total of 20 men for police “verification. —LBG, GMA News
