Got any complaints you want Munti City Hall to act on? See how here.

Alabang Bulletin asked the Muntinlupa, Paranaque and Las Pinas city halls if they have an online venue wherein their residents could reach out to them with their complaints, suggestions and what have you’s.

We suggested that they create Twitter accounts so that they can get instant reactions from their constituents as well as a way for them to address complaints by residents.

Paranaque Public Information Office head Lloyd Palconan said that they would be thinking about it.

Las Pinas City Hall did not reply.

Muntinlupa, on the other hand, said that they are not sure yet if City Hall has plans of using social networking sites as an alternative portal to reach out to Muntinlupenos.

Their PIO then brought up an existing social media component they have in hand in their website, www.muntinlupacity.gov.ph.

Here is an image of the message board and/or suggestion box that Muntinlupenos or other concerned citizens can use to air their concerns/complaints/suggestions/praises/gratitude/etc.:

According to them, this is where people can write their queries, suggestions and opinions and the Munti PIO tries their best to reply as soon as possible.

“We print these queries and suggestions and locate them to the most admissible office that can ideally answer them substantially,” said the Munti PIO.

So there, Muntinlupenos, there is a God after all.

at least there is a way they could air their complaints… dito sa LP, pinaganda na ang City Hall, mabilis pa din ang serbisyo pero mukhang wala pang online resource for complainants.
