Fresnedi introduces 9-point dev’t agenda in inaugural city council session

Re-elected Mayor Jaime Fresnedi attended the Inaugural Session of Muntinlupa’s 9th City Council and called for the support of new councilors to advance his 9-Point Program of Governance.

Fresnedi delivered his response message in the resumption of Muntinlupa City Council sessions led by newly elected Vice Mayor Artemio Simundac last July 1. Simundac expressed the Council’s support to compliment initiatives carried by executive departments through local legislation.

Local majority floor leader Coun. Raul Corro said the 9th Muntinlupa City Council will be a “Working Council” and committed to uphold professionalism and pro-activeness.

In the next three years, the Fresnedi administration will focus on delivering programs and projects for the following development areas: Health and Wellness, Local History and Culture, Education and Youth, Livelihood and Employment, Peace and Order, Socialized Housing, Good Governance, Economic Development, and Environmental Protection.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi has sworn into office and inaugurated his third term as Muntinlupa’s Local Chief Executive.

Fresnedi was sworn in by Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Judge Antonietta Medina last June 28 before his supporters and other guests.
